The walk through is scheduled to take approximately 1-2 hours, bidders shall meet outside the Main Pierce County Jail reception area located at 701 Nollmeyer Lane Tacoma, WA 98402. Those planning to attend the walkthrough will be required to sign in to the secured area, tape measures and cameras will be allowed but no other tools may be brought to the Walk
Small Public Works project. The overall project is the complete cleaning of air handler and exhaust and duct systems for various locations within the ’02 Jail Base bid includes the complete cleaning of ACU #5 & #7, and associated ductwork and fans. Bid additive #1 is complete cleaning of ACU #6 and all associated ductwork and fans, and bid additive #2 is for complete cleaning of ACU #8 and all associated ductwork and fans.
