The project consists of new 9,860 SF pre-fabricated/pre-engineered metal building for the storage and maintenance. The new building includes 7 bays for maintenance vehicles, locker area, ADA bathrooms, and storage areas. The building is specified to receive a complete detection system for Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide and Flammable Vapors, together with a fire suppression system. The building exterior includes impact resistant exterior doors, roll- up doors, impact resistant louvers, gutters and downspouts. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
