Notice is hereby given that the County of Schenectady will be accepting sealed bids for a Project - Improvements for the Plotter Kill Preserve located in the Town of Rotterdam. The project consists of building two observation platforms for viewing the falls in the Preserve and upgrading approximately 300’ of adjacent trails. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
