Furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide Plumbing Services that will meet the requirements of the County. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment considered to be normal and customary to the trade, including and not limited to standard hand tools, sump pumps, wet\dry vacuum, acetylene torch outfit including hoses, rotary hammer drills, hand drills, torque wrenches, chain block hoists, step ladders and extension ladders, pipe snakes, drain cleaning equipment, leak detection chemicals and equipment. All rental equipment to perform the work shall be at the Contractor’s cost, no markup will be allowed.
