Removal of concrete and rock at former green house area, fill excavated area with quality soil, plant grass, remove old gas lines, and remove old pump house. Remove debris along shoreline. Perform grading and soil remediation to prevent water buildup. Water should flow from deck to pond. Construct a 30x40 foot trex deck. The new deck should be installed 6 inches into the ground so the overall height of the deck is 6 inches above ground. Deck must be handicapped accessible. Construct a new walkway from the new deck to the dock. Walkway to be gated from the new deck to the existing dock. Repair existing walkway as needed. Construct a 30x30 structure that is half enclosed and half open shelter at the south end of the new deck with concrete floor. The north half of the shelter will be open and used for picnic space. Shelter will be closed to secure 5x8 foot paddle boats and life jackets. The enclosed portion will require a 8x8 overhead steel door. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
