The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction & Management is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, to provide the : Removal and disposal of existing roofing membrane down to existing insulation. Protection of existing insulation required during project. Install new PVC roofing system. Install new metal edge flashings. Install safety railing around all existing roof access hatches. Provide safety fencing and walkway as required by code during construction activities. Modification of existing equipment curbs as required to meet DFCM minimum standards. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Only firms who pre-qualified in Stage one of this project may bid.
