The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and services to construct a two-bay, preengineered metal storage facility, concrete foundation and site drainage and paving improvements at TWA’s Purchasing Warehouse at 1628 South John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL. The Work shall include, but not be limited to the, the following: 1. Saw cut and remove/demolish asphalt pavement to the extents shown on the Drawings; 2. Relocate storm water catch basin and furnish and install new storm water piping and drain manhole as shown on the Drawings. Connect new storm water piping to existing catch basin structure; 3. Provide regrading and compaction of subgrade; 4. Relocate security camera and electrical control box; 5. Furnish and install cast-in-place concrete foundation for new pipe storage facility; 6. Furnish and install new two-bay, pre-engineered metal building; 7. Furnish and install new asphalt pavement and bollards; and 8. Modify existing fencing to tie into new storage building.
