Contractor shall: a) have had a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the application of the Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsions as applied to scrub-seal; and b) have successfully completed at least three (3) Scrub Seal projects utilizing the scrub-broom to the satisfaction of their clients.Prevailing wages.
