Rockdale County is seeking bids for repair work and painting of the building located at 2570 Old Covington Hwy. The work consists of the replacement of the box gutters and downspouts, replacing damaged front fascia section, cleaning of the metal and various surfaces, patching of the metal panel as needed, and repainting of the exterior metal wall panels. This is a fleet service area with heavy vehicle use and traffic. Designated safe work areas and all safety precautions and PPE shall be observed.
