Iredell Statesville Schools (NC) is soliciting proposals for the design and implementation of LED lighting and HVAC controls as well as any retro commissioning necessary. The project includes 18 elementary schools, 9 middle schools, 9 high schools and 7 administration/auxiliary buildings, which will impact 22,600 individuals district-wide. If funded, the infrastructure improvements will affect 93 % of school facilities within the district. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
