The City desires various professional land surveying services under a Master Services contract. The scope of work for the individual task will be determined on an as-needed basis by the City and may not include but is not limited to Land Surveying • Existing conditions survey of previously developed or undisturbed sites. Tasks may include but not limited to survey field work, control surveys establishing vertical benchmarks, boundary surveys to establish boundary line on the ground or to obtain data for constructing a map or plat showing a boundary line, topographical ground relief as required by terms of specific projects and natural or artificial objects therein, tree mapping according to the approximate center of the tree including tree species labeling • Zoning information such as jurisdictional code, setbacks and/or buffers • Underground utilities including but not limited to culverts, stormwater, sewer systems, pipe inverts, pipe sizes, electrical and other sub surface structures, level B utility, ground penetrating radar and other processes for identification of subsurface utilities designation and traffic control services if required, and in accordance with NCDOT guidelines. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
