The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new flashing; repair and matching of existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EFIS) façade; and cleaning the exterior of the building. . A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents.
