The project will furnish and install all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for renovations to the buildings and their systems as shown on the construction documents, including but not limited to, replacement and new construction for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building and structural. Base Bid includes all work related to the complete installation of the new emergency generator and emergency power distribution system modifications. Base bid also includes all plumbing work and generator gas supply piping and the mechanical system modifications to the mezzanine mechanical room and roof. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
