Second Meeting is 5/15/19 at 9:00am location: Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System Treatment Plant Administration Building; 908 Bells Chapel Rd.; Waxahachie, TX 75165. Anyone wanting to attend the Pre-Bid Conference must give 24 hours prior notice to Wendy Derdeyn, DerdeynW@trinityra.org, 972-617-6808, providing name, company representing, purpose (Pre-Bid Conference), and time of arrival. For last minute changes, text Richard Postma at 817-366-6420 and include the same information (name, company, etc.). Directions to the Pre-Bid Conference: Call 24 hours ahead of meeting as mentioned above, then enter the treatment plant by showing ID to security guard. Indicate to security guard desire to reach the Administration Building and enter the plant using the entry gate. Take the first right and continue to follow the road. The Administration Building will be on the right. Proceed to sign in at the front desk and continue to the conference room.

The Trinity River Authority is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide Construction of access walkways and handrails around the perimeter of the two (2) Final Clarifiers. Installation of six (6) hose bibs at each of the two (2) Final Clarifiers. Modifications to the existing lightning protection system and miscellaneous electrical modifications to accommodate the proposed walkways. Installation of new lighting to illuminate the proposed walkways. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
