Rehabilitation of Fitzelle Hall pedestrian bridge including but not limited to 1) selective removal of concrete topping, electric snow melt cabling, and deteriorated concrete 2) repair and replacement of concrete planks, concrete topping, electric snow melt cabling, 3) new pre-cast coping, trench drain, gutter and downspout waterproofing membrane, drainage mat and flashing's. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
