The Work includes (1) 24 x 40 (2-wide) Refurbished Relocatable Building on a depressed concrete slab with wood pier foundation (No Ramp); partial Site Improvement work; site improvement grading and compaction for all sub-grade; underground utilities including but not limited Electrical & Low-voltage and storm drain system; DSA PCIP (Post-Construction Inspection Program for past Non-Certified DSA Work). All work will be per the drawings and specifications. This contract is subject to prequalification. (See attached) Time is of the essence in this Contract (Completion within 45 calendar days). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DVBE Goal: 3%
