Contractor shall furnish labor, services, equipment, transportation, permit fees (if any) applicable taxes and others as necessary to complete the replacement of Sulfatreat media. Replacement will be conducted on two (2) vessels. It is estimated, but not guaranteed that media in each vessel needs to be replaced once per year and each vessel contains approximately 18 bags of media. Media to be provided by City. Contractor will provide vacuum truck for removal
