The work of this single-bid project will fit out approximately 1,700 square feet of shell space in Houghton Hall for an animal colony. Scope of work includes, but is not limited, to: new CMU walls/partitions; installation of stainless steel casework; epoxy wall and floor systems; new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; demolition of existing concrete slab on grade within the space and replacement of sub-base, under slab piping and drainage system. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
