Base Bid - Provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, demolition, insurance and related services to renovate two (2) first floor lobbies of the McKibben Education Building located on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University in accordance with the specifications, project manual and drawings herein and attached. Alternate 1: Ceiling System Alternate 2: Remove center benches on 2nd, 3rd, & 4th floor lobbies Alternate 3: Scrub/Strip and reseal 1st floor 4x4 brick. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
