The City of Sherman is seeking a contractor for the improvements to the Firearm training facility site.Construction and Installation of a 30’ x 30’ metal structure with one bath: 30’ x 30’ x 10’ 2:12 metal building with two (2) 3’x3’ vinyl windows and two (2) 3’x7’ steel walk doors with dead bolt. All related dirt work. Concrete** 900 sf concrete slab** 3,500 PSI concrete** 12”x18” grade beam** #5 rebar (for beams)** #3 rebar (on 18” centers each way)** 6 mil vapor barrier, Insulation**1” closed cell spray foam insulation on roof and main building walls.
