The contract work for this project shall consist of furnishing all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts, implements, and supplies necessary for the reroofing of the VisionQuest Gallery Building (35157 Yucaipa Blvd.). The construction and completion of the project indicated above shall be in accordance with the CBC (Latest Edition) and the Plans and Specifications as prepared for this project. The current two (2) layer roofing system (not original to the building) has tested negative for asbestos.After the removal of any/all existing roofing material and disposal of material, the City will evaluate the condition of the roofing substructure/framing before the installation of the 60 mil PVC roof system is installed. If further work to the existing substructure/framework is required, the contractor shall stop all work under this contract until the additional work to the substructure/framework has been completed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
