Removing, restoring, and reinstalling the carousel horses, chariots, poles, rounding boards inner scenic panels and crest, and main platform decking in accordance with the developed restoration plan; completing the aforementioned in such a manner so as to ensure the historic integrity of the Carousel is maintained; and transporting, restoring, safely storing, returning, and reassembling the Carousel components. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
