This project will modify the signalized intersection of 12th Avenue NW and SR 900. It will add a right turn lane from northbound SR 900 to southbound 12th Avenue NW and add a second left turn lane from northbound 12th Avenue NW to southbound SR 900. The 12th Avenue NW typical section will have 6’ sidewalk and 5’ bike lanes on both sides, 11’ through lanes, and two 11’ left turn lanes. A landscape strip will not be constructed between the back of curb and sidewalk. The project has state funding through WSDOT and funding from Costco as part of their development agreement with the City of Issaquah.
