The City of High Point seeks proposal from qualified individuals and fims to provide service calls or diagnostic and emergency repair services, on an as-needed basis for assignments deemed to be emergencies, for mostly small residential projects. Diagnostic for nonfunctioning or malfunctioning systems & equipment including, but not limited to, following examples: HVAC: Refrigerant (leaks), Evaporator Coil (dirty or damaged), Compressor (dirty or damaged), Thermostat (calibration or replacement), Electric (control board, faulty connections, capacitors, valves, blower fans), Duct (leaks or blockages). Plumbing: Water Heaters (failed element), Water Supply (leaks,frozen,fixtures), Sewer (blockage,toilet). Electrical: Circuit breakers, Lamps, Outlets, Switches, Wiring.
