The District is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct a comprehensive System Optimization Review Plan (SOR) of the EVMWD service area, which spans the cities of Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, and parts of Murrieta. The SOR will be a detailed report of water management improvements and optimization recommendations that may serve as a guide for EVMWD to conserve water, achieve water efficiency goals, maintain appropriate water supply levels, and increase future water efficiency savings. The recommendations may take the form of physical improvements, operational efficiency improvements, or simplifying water transfers. The SOR final report shall summarize the analysis performed to include as sections: • Evaluation of Efficiency • Cost and Benefits • Plan of Action • Recommended Actions
