The Ute Indian Housing Authority is inviting proposals from qualified individuals/firms that can provide housing maintenance services for the low-income rental program. The anticipated term of this agreement is two years. The Housing Authority will accept proposals from contractors who can provide specific services such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and general construction and repair work. Prevailing wages apply.
