To establish a term contract with no more than two (2) contractors to provide biweekly inspections and graffiti abatement services to commercial properties located within the City of Tempe. The resultant contract will be an in initial one-year period with four, one-year renewal periods.The graffiti abatement companies will automatically inspect and remove graffiti from perimeter walls of commercial properties biweekly (every other week), based on annual subscription. The scope of the project includes commercial properties, industrial properties, multi-family developments, and single-family developments.
