Replacing the storm drain system from the east side of the roundabout (RAB) at College Way through the RAB at 9th St. & continuing down Nashville Ave. to the outfall at the Deschutes River. Replacing the existing City sewer trunk line from the east side of the RAB at College Way through the RAB at 9th St. Replacing the existing City potable water mains from the east side of the RAB at College Way through the RAB at 9th St., including all mains under the legs of the 9th St. Roundabout, & replacing the water main down Nashville Ave. Reconstructing the RAB's at 14th St. and 9th St. with a concrete or durable pavement final driving surface & revised configurations. Reconstructing the roadway within the existing right of way from east of the RAB at College Way through the RAB at 9th St., with surface improvements to include: Perpetual pavement or concrete pavement (TBD during design), Continuous property-tight sidewalks, Curb, Curb Ramps, Bike lanes, Two driving lanes & a center turn lane, Signing & Striping, Landscaping & Irrigation, & Lighting. Repair or replace infrastructure (sidewalk, curb, irrigation, landscaping) disturbed by replacement of the water & storm lines down Nashville Ave.; repave from curb to curb.
