The Radio Replacement Project is scheduled to upgrade the existing Motorola P25/SmartZone Hybrid system to full P25 Phase 2 operation. This includes replacement of every RF site electronics and related sub-systems, as well as the entire radio subscriber fleet over the next few years. Proposers should have directly-related experience in the planning and deployment of Motorola Project 25 Land Mobile Radio systems and can provide immediate expertise related, but not limited to, RF site construction and electrical contracting, performance schedule development, and risk management in similar projects.
