The Orange Water and Sewer Authority seeks proposals from qualified solar energy lessors to install, own, operate, and maintain one or more solar photovoltaic systems on OWASA property and to enter into a lease agreement of the system and its electricity output per solar lease agreement authorized in North Carolina Session Law 2017‐192 (House Bill 589). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
