HUBzone set aside. The 50th Civil Engineer Squadron is seeking proposals to replace three mission essential systems in building 600, Central Utility Plant (CUP). (1) Replace the existing transformers, CT-1, CT-4, CT-7, CT-2, CT-5, & CT-8, common generator grounding resistor, interconnecting lines, and grounding system in the transformer yard. (2) Replace eight roof mounted exhaust fans connected to seven wall louvers controlled by thermostats located in the power generation system area. (3) Replace the existing obsolete models Woodward synchronizers, load controllers, custom PLC based generator controller, and the generator operator Human Machine Interface (HMI) computer and programming.
