This RFP process shall establish a "qualified contractor list" to provide adequate labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation to perform pressure washing and/or window washing services. The Contractor shall provide these services as directed by individual project scopes of work. The Contractor shall identify procedures to be used for preparation and implementation. The contractor shall supply all materials for all projects. All material shall meet or exceed North Carolina’s State Term Contract standard specifications. The contractor will supply all necessary equipment and supplies including miscellaneous items such as protective tarps, plastic sheeting, scaffolding, ladders, lifts, etc... All material purchased by the University but not utilized shall remain with the University upon completion of the project. Crew cost shall include transportation to and around campus. The Contractor is responsible for all parking costs to include violation fines - see Section 3.6 Vendor Parking. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
