The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with one or more firms to provide building commissioning services for (a) several new Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) Stations and a new Fire Station, (b) for various other facilities on an as-needed basis, and (c) retro commissioning services. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the City. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
