The scope includes but is not limited to design, project management, study and data management, construction management, specifications & bid assistance, and any other aspect needed to complete the architectural and engineering aspects of the Civil Engineering projects. The contract is reviewed by Parks & Recreation every six months. Bonds required on most projects. Prevailing wages apply. DBE & DVBE firms encouraged to submit statements of qualifications.
