The project is the construction of a new 4,185 people Amphitheater with stage, accessory buildings, and parking. The Amphitheater will be located Northeast of the existing Stockbridge City Hall at 4640 N. Henry Boulevard, Land Lot 61, 12th District, Stockbridge, GA 30281. The amphitheater is to be an integral part of the developing downtown district of Stockbridge. The total acreage anticipated to be disturbed by the project is 9.6. The project includes the following site elements: 50 new parking spaces, entry plaza, pre-function plaza, VIP structured-covered viewing boxes, terraced lawn seating, permanent sound booth covered-structure, outdoor stadium seating, elevated walkway, egress stairs & ramps, and sidewalks. In addition, the project has five (5) buildings. These buildings are: a two-story 4,685sf stage pavilion with enclosed green room, a one-story 1,923sf Will Call Building, a one-story 1,962sf Main Restroom Building, and two (2) one-story 1,933sf Concessions Buildings.
