For up to 3 contractors to provide emergency restoration services. Individual job orders should not exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) unless a waiver is requested of and granted by the Director of Procurement. The estimated budget for the initial one-year term is five hundred thousand ($500,000.00) dollars. The term of this contract will be one year with FOUR (4) potential one-year renewal options. However, services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment or guarantee by the City of Tucson that the Contractor’s services will be required. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) may be utilized on specific projects under the resulting contract(s). COT invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications relating to these services. A Committee will be convened to evaluate firms’ qualifications and experience with similar projects. The firm(s) determined to be best qualified will then be invited to enter into negotiations with COT.
