Provide engineering and construction administration services.The goal for this Project is to upgrade Sterling High School’s mechanical, electrical, & plumbing systems. The campus is located at 300 W. Baker, Baytown TX. The upgrades will greatly improve energy measures within the facility. The existing HVAC dual duct system will be replaced with an energy and space efficient single duct system. All restrooms located within the main building will be updated with new fixtures, faucets, and finishes. The project will also include the installation of a new sprinkler system Q&A due by 07/12/19 at 2PM.
