The scope of work for this project will include the interior build-out of the open area adjacent to the current 911 Emergency Call Center. The scope of work includes the complete demo of the existing flooring, ceiling system, and MEP components, and then outfitting the area including the construction of new walls, ceilings, floor finishes, and furniture. Construction of this space could overlap with on-going work of other floors in the building. Coordination with the designer, construction manager and other trades and consultants already on-site and in the building may be required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
