The Sevier School District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide asbestos abatement of 2600 sq. ft. of 12x12 VCT and mastic located in the Media Center. This area contains multiple book cabinets/millwork which will remain in place. It is assumed the ACM continues under the millwork and if so, the tile and mastic is to be removed up to the base of the cabinets. VCT is currently covered with broadloom glue down carpet and is to be removed by the abatement contractor with the tile. 900 sq. ft. of sheet vinyl and mastic. This material is covering a stage area which includes the tread and face of 2 stage steps.
