Upson County Water Department is requesting proposals (RFP’s) for the following project: Improvements to sewer right of way between Jeff Davis Road South and Rocky Creek Lift Station (approximately 5400 feet). The right of way will be mulched and chipped, all over hanging trees/limbs will be trimmed and mulched or chipped. Any old trees or stumps obstructing the right of way will be re-chipped or removed. A survey has been conducted on the right of way; stakes are placed approximately 100 feet apart, marking the boundaries.
