The project will consist of marine construction over water and through environmentally sensitive wetlands. Common construction elements of the project will include, but may not be limited to, piling, deck and railing construction, electrical, plumbing, sediment and turbidity barriers, soil tracking prevention, inlet protection, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, floating dock construction, concrete sidewalk construction, sod, maintenance of traffic, and installation of ancillary furnishings. The Contractor selected for the project is expected to provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the project in accordance with the project plans and specifications prepared by Culpepper & Terpening, Inc.
