The City of Rome is requesting proposals from contractors interested in providing services for the repair or replacement of the roof, windows, and electrical panels at the Rome Area History Museum in accordance with Historic Preservation requirements. TPO Roof Repair;Correct pitch of roof for optimal drainage. Refasten TPO roof to knee walls. Repair all flashing. Repair all pockets. Repair any holes or cuts in TPO Roof. Rear Windows; . Replace 12 windows at rear of building with double pane insulated glass windows without grid. Repair any rot or damage to framing. Repair all window sills both interior and exterior. Reseal and repaint. Electrical system; Update electrical system by replacing electrical panels.
