The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Roof Replacement for the Collins Hill Park Aquatic Center for the Gwinnett County Department of Community Services. Remove and replace all flat roof with new membrane roofing (FM Global Approved). Remove and replace existing gutters, downspouts, and coping. Remove and replace metal fasica at front and back entry/walkway canopies. All contractors must submit with bid, a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
