The Work includes, but is not limited to removal of the existing ballasted EPDM roofing system, salvage of existing roofing insulation and installation of a new fully adhered PVC roofing membrane and associated flashings. Replacement of existing roof drains and tie-in to existing roof drain lines. Installation of new overflow roof drains and new overflow roof drain lines including projecting lines through exterior walls. Installation of new wood framing, blocking, sheathing, etc., at perimeter of roof sections.Replacement of existing sealant joints at curtain wall and windows. Replacement of existing sealant joints at doors. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation,
