The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is inviting bids for all labor, tools, expenses and equipment to repair and/or replace approximately 51,000 square feet of roofing, and approximately 10,000 square feet of metal roofing. This will include replacement of any damaged or rotted decking and any other items i.e. roof stacks that may be contributing to leaks. All materials needed for the work under this contract work will be provided by the Contractor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Project must be complete by 8/31/19.
