It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) for the purchase of a covered structures to store machinery, equipment, and other materials from the weather. This open-sided structure shall provide easy access to machinery, equipment, and materials to maintain and improve the workflow for maximum efficiency. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to construct/install open-sided covered structure (pole barns). The pole barns must be constructed in accordance with local and state building codes. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to the list specified herein during the life of this project as dictated by KUA’s service protocols. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
