Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Santa Ana Unified School District (“District” or “Owner”) will receive sealed bids for the following project, (“Project” or “Contract”): Project: Saddleback High School Power Upgrade.The Project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects dated June 27, 2017 entered into between the District and various labor unions (the “CWA”). The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required by the District to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49. Q&A due 05/03/19 at 4PM. Bonds required.Prevailing wages.
