This work includes the construction a sewage lift station comprised of a below ground dry well and wet well, an above ground CMU block building, three (3) 20 hp dry pit sewage pumps and motors with VFDs, piping, fittings, valves, flow meter, in-line grinders, rail and hoist system, HVAC, ventilation, ducting, gravity scrubber system, electrical and instrumentation, approximately 300 feet of directional drill of electrical conduit, site grading and improvements, as well as approximately 880 linear feet of 15/12-inch gravity sewer mains, sewer manholes, approximately 600 linear feet of parallel 10-inch force mains and sewer gate valves, and the abandonment of the existing Segerstrom Lift Station Project duration is 300 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
