The project consists of concrete surface repairs as required for maintenance of the existing seawall structure extending from McGee Beach to the Barge Dock; repairs to the eight Mirador concrete structures, including the Selena Memorial; and repair of the retaining wall structures at the intersections of Coopers Alley, Lawrence Street T-Head, and Peoples Street T-Head. Most repairs are minor and consistent with maintenance procedures typical of seaside structures. An Allowance if provided for drinking water fountain repairs at two Miradors. The Work is required to be substantially completed within 160 days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
