The successful Bidder shall provide all necessary material, goods, labor, etcetera for the Shade structure. The City of Sanford is requesting the bidder to be a licensed general contractor, to provide engineered drawings to accommodate wind loads in accordance with Florida building codes. Shade structure should be a Cantilever post shade structure 140’ x 12’ x 8’ entry, with a black powder coating frame. The structure should have a surface mount, ez- glide corners, tension cable edge, and an Orange commercial 95 fabric. Bidders should include all mount footings, concrete cuts, excavation, rebar, anchors/j-bolts and any type of finish work
